If you would like to file a complaint, please contact our company complaints department via email, support@vidsmall.com . All complaints will

be reviewed and addressed within 7 business days via mail reply to your complaint. That resolution will then be communicated to the Complainant.

Appeals or requests for any decision made should be presented, again, to support@vidsmall.com .


If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal removal of such content, please notify us by sending an email here support@vidsmall.com if there

should there be a disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body.
